Work Description

Q-CRL, LLC supports the Dragados-Flatiron in the handover delivery for the California High-Speed Rail Project (CHSR). Refer to DFJV link for project description.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the delivery of the handover packages consisting of Quality Milestone Data Packs (QMDP) for handover and certification requirements, creating and implementing the Project’s Handover Plan with quality milestone schedule in mind.

We assess the contract requirements and set up a well-structured traceability of objective evidence to the specifications and other contract requirements such as inspection and test plan.

Heavily involved in the verification and validation process by working alongside the DFJV’s verification and validation (VV) team to ensure requirements as per Contract requirements for handover are met. Collaboration includes the review of Construction Technical Contract Requirements (TCR) to ensure appropriate allocation to support DFJVs self-certification at construction stage.

Compile and prepare handover package submittals.

Provides support for training regarding handover, as required.
