With over 27 years of experience as a civil engineer, Chona is committed to improving the quality and system management of the construction industry. Her impressive background stems from her construction project roles, including site engineering jobs, scheduling, project engineering, and quality management. Chona possesses strong knowledge in leading and implementing quality management processes and applicable infrastructures or systems, as well as a strong understanding of construction project management from preconstruction, construction to handover.

Her knowledge of different construction methods and standards is strengthened while working in different countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Dubai, Afghanistan, China, New Zealand, and the US. This has exposed her to working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Chona loves traveling and enjoys food and drink.
